NUTMEG & PAPAYA

Grilled papaya with nutmeg & lime

Sprinkle with zest & juice of a lime & grated nutmeg
Grill until slightly charred.


Antonio Lucio Vivaldi, familiarly known as il Prete Rosso ("The Red Priest") owing to his bloom of ample red hair.
