150g golden beetroot
1 lime zest & juice
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Olive oil
Sea salt
Slice the beetroot into
wafer thin circles and mix with all the ingredients
Oven bake at 180°C for 15 minutes turning every 5 minutes
I was glad the bus
came. There is a certain happiness
sighted when your bus comes along.
It is of course a small specialized form of happiness & will never
be a great thing.
