PARSLEY & WALNUT

Parsley & walnut pesto flatbreads

1 cup parsley
½ cup toasted chopped walnuts
¼ cup grated parmesan
1 clove garlic, crushed
¼tsp salt
½ cup olive oil
1tbsp lemon juice
2tsp lemon zest
Sea salt & ground black pepper

Blend parsley, walnuts, cheese, garlic, and salt
Add oil, lemon juice, and zest
Spread onto grilled flatbreads
