FENNEL & PERNOD

Fennel, Pernod & lemon salad (Serves 2)

* 2 fennel bulbs, thinly slice
* Sea salt & pepper
* Juice ½ lemon
* 2tsp Pernod
* 2tsp extra virgin olive oil


Over the past few years the swimming pool has become more of a pond for local wildlife
