CHOCOLATE & THYME

Chocolate & thyme frozen yogurt

* 10 sprigs of thyme
* 360ml milk
* 720ml natural yogurt
* 120ml agave syrup
* 3 tbsp sifted cocoa powder

Warm the thyme & milk & allow to infuse over night
Remove the thyme & mix all the ingredients together & churn in an ice cream maker, then freeze
Serve sprinkled with more thyme leaves
