COCONUT & CARDAMOM

Coconut & cardamom porridge

¼ cup oats, ¼ cup buckwheat flakes
1 cup water
½ cup coconut milk
1 tsp desiccated coconut
2 cardamom pods
1 tsp golden linseed
1 tsp wheatgerm
Honey, toasted coconut & milk to serve
