gooseberries
* 2tsp
golden caster sugar
* A
couple of splashes of orange flower water
* Natural yogurt
Preheat
the oven to 180C/350F/gas mark 4.
Scatter the gooseberries on an oven
tray and sprinkle with the sugar.
Bake for 30 minutes until tender.
Splash with Orange flower water & slightly squash the berries
leaving some more whole than others.
Spoon onto the yogurt.
