QUINCE & GOATS CHEESE

Baked quinces with goats cheese

* 2 quinces
* ½ lemon
* 250ml water
* 2 tbsp honey
* 3 cloves
* 1 star anise
* 1 stick cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Half  & peel the quinces, rub with lemon in half .
Poach the quinces with all the ingredients for about 30mins
Put the quinces into a baking tin with a little of the syrup & bake for another 30 minutes until tender.
Serve with goats cheese


Right from the onset they were taught that there should be absolutely no distinction between form and function
