Mix the parsley & breadcrumbs & season
Dip the tomatoes in the egg & the breadcrumbs
Shallow fry
Whisk together a dressing of
* ½tsp dijon
* 50ml
buttermilk
* 1tbsp
mayonaise
* wasabi
