*½ cup porridge oats
*½ cup milk, 1 cup water
*1 carrot, grated finely
*3 dried apricots, chopped
*Pinch of ground ginger
*Pinch of cinnamon
*Chestnut honey
Cook it on a medium heat
until the oats start to swell up.
Turn down the heat to low
& stir until it’s thickened
Drizzle over honey &
milk when serving
He wanted to take up bicycle
polo… it was a shame the local sports centre didn’t offer it.
