2 large handfuls of chanterelles
1 clove of garlic, finely
sliced
4 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 bay leaf
6 dried apricots, halved
Lemon zest
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Bake at 200°C wrapped in baking parchment for half and hour or
fry in a pan.
